I used to be a janitor at a church which also ran a preschool during the weekdays. The amount of moms wearing yoga pants, even ones who had absolutely no business wearing yoga pants, was insane.

My school were cool with the whole pyjamas thing right up to the point that the girls would wear them in the winter.

Nah. I’m not real big on people wearing pajamas outside of their house unless it’s part of a Halloween costume or they’re enroute to the ER.

As for Land Rovers, well ours is currently dead in our driveway. :’(

It’s dead. An LR2.

My boss has been out of town so I’ve been working nonstop and have had no time to look at it.

It actually died before Christmas but have not had a minute to start pulling things apart. Think I might just get it towed and pay someone.

FML. I work on cars for a living and don’t have time to fix my own car so going to have to pay someone else to fix it.

Ugh that’s a shame. I’m assuming you’re in the US and it’s a V8? If you work at a garage just book it in there and pay for the parts, I’m sure your boss will cut you a deal on labour if you’re doing it yourself, and if it’s booked in he/she can’t complain about it taking priority.

No time. :/ so it will go to the mechanic we send overflow/beyond our abilities to. I think it’s probably something stupid like a vacuum hose.

The LR is actually my husband’s. I drive a mom mobile (an old Pacifica)

Yoga pants aren’t pajamas. Yoga pants are a strategic pear of pants that are put on, like jeans. Pajamas are a “I haven’t showered, it’s early as fuck, my hear is a mess and I haven’t had coffee so fuck it” kind of thing.

I'm on kid 5. My eldest is 22. My youngest is 8. I've managed to put actual real pants and a real shirt on every time I've taken them to school. That takes about 45 seconds to do. As for hair, it's amazing how quickly I can twist it into a tight bun.

I suppose that’s the difference. I’m a dude and I don’t care to get dressed up for the inside of my car. If anything requires me to get out of bed, only for me to return to bed immediately after my return, I’m not putting pants on. Flannel pajamas, tshirt, jacket, and house shoes are in order. For me, pants are the point of no return. As soon as the pants go on I’ve given up all hope of sleep and the day must begin.
